Host and reality star Giuliana Rancic reveals on the "Today" show that she is battling breast cancer. The 36-year-old who is married to "The Apprentice" star Bill Rancic found out about the tumor during her latest round of in-vitro fertilization.

"It's been a shock," she said in the emotional interview. "A lot of people have been asking, 'We saw that you went and got IVF, so what happened? Are you pregnant?' But sadly, we've had to put that off." Her doctor advised her to have a mammogram because pregnancy may accelerate the growth of potential cancer.

Juliana was waiting until she reaches 40 to have a mammogram, but is now glad that she did it earlier. "Now I truly believe God was looking out for me," she said. A surgery is scheduled to take place later this week, followed by six weeks of radiation therapy.

Giuliana and Bill are still determined to have a baby after the cancer treatment. "I still want this baby," she said, "because this baby has saved my life. If I had gotten pregnant later down the line, I could have been a lot sicker."

Talking about Bill's reaction to the whole situation, Giuliana revealed that her husband is "unbelievable", adding "The best thing about Bill is, he lets me cry when I want to cry."
