HBO has debuted a new official teaser for "Boardwalk Empire" season 2. Putting its highlight on Enoch "Nucky" Thompson, the preview follows the corrupt politician who grows uncomfortable when people pay attention to him and begin calling his name on the street. Nucky gets a bit paranoid when James "Jimmy" Darmody approaches, but it is soon revealed that it is all just in his imagination.
In the new chapter, Jimmy expands his business in Atlantic City while Nucky is not going down without a fight. Nucky threatens to ruin his competitors, but the stakes seem much more pitted against him. As soon as the second season kicks off, viewers can see Steve Buscemi's character being rocked by an insurrection among his inner circle.
The first episode will air Sunday, September 25 at 9/8c. According to the official synopsis, Chalky's life and livelihood are threatened by a vicious KKK attack, Margaret copes with her son's disciplinary problems, Angela vies with Gillian for Jimmy's affections at home, while Van Alden shows his wife Rose around town as an anniversary present.
