The actor, whose character was killed off of the crime drama series in 2008, has been released about eight hours after his arrest on Monday morning, June 13, after posting $10,000 bail.

AceShowbiz - Gary Dourdan has had another brush with the law. The actor, whose character Warrick Brown was killed off of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" in 2008, was arrested in Los Angeles at around 3:50 A.M. on Monday, June 13 after police found him to be in possession of "a few pills" of the ecstasy.

The arresting officers initially responded to report that Gary crashed his car into two parked vehicles. While investigating at the scene, the cops found out that the 44-year-old actor is in possession of "a few pills" of ecstasy. He was then taken into custody and booked at the Pacific Division Police Station in the Venice neighborhood.

Officer Sara Faden told E! News that Gary was booked for felony drug possession a little after 7:30 A.M. He posted $10,000 bail after spending several hours in custody and was released just after 12:00 P.M. He is due back in court on July 7.

This is not the first time Gary got into trouble with the law because of drugs. Back in 2008, he was busted for possession of heroin, cocaine and ecstasy in Palm Springs, California after a patrol office found him asleep behind the wheel of his car. He pleaded guilty to cocaine and ecstasy possession, and avoided jail time by entering a drug-diversion program.
