A new clip from "Super 8" has landed online. The video contains the preceding scene of a clip released earlier in May. The kids are trying to get a shot of a train for their film. Unfortunately, the train is derailed and causing chaos among them.
Previously, a fresh TV spot has also been unleashed. It offers preview to a different scene in which Elle Fanning and Joel Courtney are witnessing a creepy phenomenon in their room. The footage, entitled "Top Secret", also sees explosive scenes where buildings and a street blast.
Set in the summer of 1979, "Super 8" centers its story on a group of friends in a small Ohio town who witness a catastrophic train crash while making a super 8 movie and soon suspect that it was not an accident. Shortly after, unusual disappearances and inexplicable events begin to take place in town, and the local Deputy tries to uncover the truth - something more terrifying than any of them could have imagined.
In addition to the aforementioned actors, the J.J. Abrams-directed movie also has Kyle Chandler, Ron Eldard and Amanda Michalka in the cast ensemble. The sci-fi adventure film, which has Steven Spielberg among the producers, is slated to grace theaters across the nation on June 10.
