"Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" unleashes its first trailer and reveals a whole lot of characters that would complicate Captain Jack Sparrow's journey to find the Fountain of Youth. We get the first look of Penelope Cruz swinging her knife, her father Blackbeard, the luring mermaids and the walking zombies.

Cruz's Angelica curses Jack in her native language and confronts him with "How is it we can never meet without you pointing something at me?" Her father, which is played by Ian McShane, according to Jack is "the pirate all other pirates fear." He is on the same quest with Jack and vows that Jack won't find the fountain if he doesn't.

Keith Richards is back as Jack's father Captain Teague who advises his son, "Don't be a fool, Jackie. The Fountain will test you." Geoffrey Rush is once again Captain Barbossa who gathers crew to aid Jack in the journey. Gemma Ward is cast as one of the Mermaids who turn out to be the biggest obstacle for the men.

"Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" would be released in the U.S. on May 20, 2011.
