The first teaser poster for Walt Disney Pictures' "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" has landed online. Debuted by movieposter.com via IMP Awards, the image exposes a skull with two swords behind it. The movie's title is nowhere to be seen but the poster has the release date, May 20 next year, tagged on it.
In this fourth "Pirates of the Caribbean" installment, Johnny Depp's Jack Sparrow crosses paths with a woman from his past, but he's not sure if it's love - or if she's a ruthless con artist who's using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth. When she forces him aboard the Queen Anne's Revenge, the ship of the formidable pirate Blackbeard, Jack finds himself on an unexpected adventure in which he doesn't know who to fear more: Blackbeard or the woman from his past.
Penelope Cruz is cast as the new love interest of Jack while Ian McShane is tapped to portray Blackbeard, who is also the father of Cruz's character. Rob Marshall serves behind the lens of the adventure movie, which has young stars like Sam Claflin and Astrid Berges-Frisbey supporting the cast ensemble as well.
