Kia Shine debuts a DreCannonz-directed music video that will allow his fans to see the real him. In the visual companion of "See Me for Me", the rapper is called by his real name Nakia Shine Coleman by his associates and he spares a bonding time with a pregnant wife and a toddler son.
"Been around the world and back again, but I never ever forget who I am," the chorus of the song perfectly described the music video as the rapper takes his son for shopping and takes a picture with fans at the mall.
It is yet to know which album or mixtape "See Me for Me" belongs to. The rapper has not released a full-length album since 2007's "Due Season" which harbors his most successful single to date "Krispy".
Beside performing, Shine is also producing and writing for other artists. He recently won BMI Awards for his contribution on Drake's "Best I Ever Had" although Drake himself denied Shine is involved in the writing process.
