Despite the pouring rain, the British hunk who dressed in a complete formal outfit was seen walking on the set and covering himself with an umbrella.

AceShowbiz - A bright morning has turned into a rainy day when Robert Pattinson shot "Bel Ami". Spotted on the set in Budapest, Hungary on Tuesday, April 6, the actor donned his formal outfit paired with a top hat to film his scene. In one of the pictures obtained by Robert Pattinson Life, he was seen walking in the pouring rain and covering himself with an umbrella.

Before heading to Budapest, Pattinson and the crew have shot the film in England. In the upcoming film, the "Twilight" heartthrob plays Georges Duroy, a man who rises to the top by manipulating a series of powerful and wealthy mistresses.

He will share screen with Uma Thurman who is slated to star as a woman who is extremely involved and connected in the goings-on of Parisian society before later becomes his wife. Moreover, Christina Ricci and Kristin Scott Thomas are also tapped to be the women around Duroy's life.

This movie adaptation of Guy de Maupassant's novel with the same title is directed by Declan Donnellan and Nick Ormerod. The drama has not had exact release date, but it is expected to arrive within 2011.
