When there was a warning from authorities in Hawaii about a possible tsunami, Kanye West and his crew reportedly still stayed there to lay some tracks for his upcoming studio album. Panic swept the state and all people including them were evacuated.
Producer Plain Pat wrote on Twitter about the G.O.O.D Music crew's horrifying experience in the state. "Riiiing the Alaaaarm," he tweeted. "Made it to the hills. People are really gona (sic) panic when those alarms start ringing in 30 mins."
The tsunami warning was issued in Hawaii following a 8.8-magnitude earthquake which rocked Chile Saturday, February 27 and killed more than 700 people and injured many others. After smaller-than-feared waves washed shores from Southern California to Hawaii and Japan, people were asked to move to safer places.
