The first leg of Jay-Z's on-going tour to support his studio album "The Blueprint 3" will soon end on November 22. But, the rap mogul has announced a number of new dates in 2010 for those who missed his previous concerts.

The second leg of the gig will be started on February 22 in Texas and will continue through March 26 in California. Serving as an opening act is Young Jeezy. Tickets for the tour will go on sale beginning November 13.

On the day he finishes the first leg of "The Blueprint 3" tour, Jay-Z will visit 2009 American Music Awards to perform his chart-busting single "Empire State of Mind" alongside Alicia Keys. He is also confirmed to enter recording booth with her to craft the song's sequel.
