Ne-Yo works as a waiter in "Never Knew I Needed" music video. He falls in love with one of the rich girls coming to the restaurant where he works. The video was shot in New Orleans and directed by The Melina.
"Never Knew I Needed" is taken from soundtrack album of upcoming movie "The Princess and the Frog". In addition to Ne-Yo's song, the album will also include tracks from Randy Newman, Jim Cummings, and Anika Noni Rose who voices princess Tiana. The compilation will come out across U.S. on November 23.
The Disney's animation film itself will be released in U.S. theaters on December 11. It follows an African-American girl named Tiana, a frog prince who desperately wants to be human again, and a fateful kiss that leads them both on a hilarious adventure through the mystical bayous of Louisiana.
