Starring in one of nowadays' popular TV series "Gossip Girl", Penn Badgley sure has knowledge about fashion trend and to Cosmopolitan he hands out some advice on what is best to wear by females in the fall. "What a woman wears says a whole lot about her confidence," so he shares his thought.

"A sweater-dress really can be the sexiest thing. As a man, I just like the simpler things," says the actor who will turn 23 years old next month. "A plunging V-neck looks like she pulled it off the floor of a man's bedroom. There's something so sensual about it."

Moreover, Penn likes to see a girl wearing over-the-knee boot. Of that matter he tells Cosmopolitan, "If a strong, secure girl wears thigh-high boots, it can be stunning and powerful." He goes on concluding, "Clothing that looks good on a woman - doesn't matter what it is - makes you think about sex."

Most recently, Penn Badgley also shared with the press the keys to a successful love relationship. Women's Health Magazine quoted him as stating, "Passion is number one and trust is number two. You need to start with a passionate connection, and if you can maintain it and cultivate it, that's most important. Then trust can develop. I have both now, and it's been an incredible thing."
