Rumor has it, Jake Pavelka, the commercial pilot who recently participated on 'The Bachelorette', will be the one looking for a true love in the 14th season.

AceShowbiz - Unlike in the previous years, "The Bachelor" did not announce its next candidate immediately after the running season's finale. However, ABC is now ready to reveal the person in two weeks time during an episode of "Dancing with the Stars".

There have been some words on the street that Jake Pavelka who participated in the fifth season of "The Bachelorette" would be the guy. Us Magazine came up with the hint after 25-year-old Brittney Gammel told a local TV that she would join "The Bachelor" as one of the women vying for his love. The Learjet pilot coming from Tennessee also spilled that the 14th season will begin the shooting in November with a premiere in January.

Contacted for a comment regarding the casting, ABC went secretive by saying "We are not going to confirm who The Bachelor is or if this woman is even one of the bachelorettes. People need to tune into Dancing With the Stars on October 13 to find out the real identity of the next Bachelor."

Jake Pavelka, aged 31, is a Dallas, Texas native who got dumped by Jillian Harris in the sixth week. He cried upon his exit and despite telling Jillian that he really liked her, he was still sent home. He returned two weeks later with one news for Jillian, telling her that fellow contestant Wes had a girlfriend. Jake was both criticized and praised for his decision.

ABC could either pick the bachelor from the recent "The Bachelorette" or opt a totally new face. Apart from Jake, other names from "The Bachelorette" who are claimed to be possible candidates are Kyptin Locke and Reid Rosenthal.
