Both preparing to release a new album this year, rap moguls Eminem and 50 Cent have reportedly discussed about hitting the road together this summer. Hinting the possibility of the rappers' joint tour was one of G-Unit's members Lloyd Banks.
"I'm in and out the office, and there's conversations," Lloyd told MTV during a recent interview. "I'm just as excited as the fans are. The first Anger Management Tour, I wasn't a part of."
Despite the rumor of him touring with Fiddy, Eminem said during his visit in BBC's "Friday Night With Jonathan Ross" that he hasn't planned any tour just yet. "As far as touring, I haven't got that far to really figure it out yet. I haven't got that part," he stated. "I'm kinda in album cycle right now and promoting. But we'll see how it goes."
Eminem will release his new album "Relapse" in stores across United States on May 19. On the day the record is dropped, the Slim Shady will hold a free concert in his hometown, Detroit.
50 Cent, on the other hand, is expected to put out his new effort "Before I Self Destruct" sometime in June. In between his tight schedule of finishing the new record, he recently went on a tour with Fall Out Boy and made one last stop at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD on April 25.
