Taylor Hicks brings out 'a high energy, rocking video with a down home feel to it' for single 'Seven Mile Breakdown'.

Taylor Hicks has premiered a music video to support his single "Seven Mile Breakdown". "[It is] a high energy, rocking video with a down home feel to it," so the winner of "American Idol" season five says when describing the video.
Commenting on the track itself, Taylor tells PopEater that "the song really represent [who he is] as an artist." He further notes, "The country rock and blues side of me. I'm from Alabama, so there is definitely some country origins in my background both musically and personally."
"Seven Mile Breakdown" is co-penned by Taylor Hicks and Wynn Christian. It is among the songs appearing in Taylor's second studio effort "The Distance", which was outed in March and is aimed to follow up his debut album "Taylor Hicks".
