The last April episode of "Brothers & Sisters" will be dedicated to Julia. In the episode named after the wife of Tommy, Julia makes a life-changing decision about the future after losing patience waiting for Tommy to return home.

Also, Robert gets some clarity about Kitty's recent distance after a car accident, discovering at the same time what Kitty has been keeping from him. Meanwhile, Holly and Sarah finally find balance in their relationship. "Julia" airs on April 26.

Some scoops stemming from this episode have been given by Korbi of Zap2It. She said that "Tommy won't return till the season finale, but his wife is currently unaware of that. Julia's actually expecting him back this week, but the big T's got other plans."
