With many restaurant-themed reality series gaining momentum on television, NBC is looking forward to air one of its own piece, "The Chopping Block". The show put renown chef Marco Pierre White as the host, judge and role figure, but what exactly and how is it different from the rest are explained through the promo as well as clips.
The promo explains why Chef Marco is notorious, how the game will be played and what prize awaits for the winner. The three clips that are compiled in a player meanwhile, give a look on the teams, the first challenge they meet, the couples crashing in the kitchen, and Marco judging on the dishes.
To be premiered on March 11, the show sees cooks given a grilling over the course of the series. The teams, which are made up of couples, will be tested in challenges that vary from having less than a week to design and revamp a restaurant space to planning a menu and creating a signature dish. The winning couple will get a chance to have their dreams come true, opening their very own restaurant.
