From "Veronica Mars" to several feature movies, Kristen Bell is finally back on TV through "Party Down" although briefly. This guest starring role will reunite her with "Mars" creator Rob Thomas and several old faces on the show that brought her to wider fame.

Kristen herself did the favor of spilling the details at Miss Sixty during Fashion Week. She told E!, "I'm about to guest star on Rob Thomas' new show, called Party Down. It's on Starz...a lot of old Veronica Mars people are on it and some really cool comedians like Adam Scott."

According to Starz, Kristen will play "Uda Bengt, a former Party Down team member now running a rival team, Valhalla Catering, the best crew in town. Ruthlessly efficient, she tolerates nothing less than perfection from the highly imperfect Party Down crew. She carries her secret weapon in her back pocket, Party Down CEO Alan Duk's number on speed dial, and thinks nothing of getting Ron fired if he gets in her way."

The comedy series will premiere on Friday, March 20, as confirmed by the network, and Kristen's appearance can be seen in the end of the season which is May 22. She will start filming her scenes next week.

"Party Down" itself is a comedy about a group of actors who move to LA to make it big, but end up working as caterers. It stars Ken Marino, Ryan Hansen, Jane Lynch and Lizzy Caplan as the regulars.
