Producer of 'ER' thinks that George Clooney will not say yes to a return to the show now, but rather he will show up last minute.

AceShowbiz - The talks of George Clooney returning to "ER" have been bouncing up and down since co-stars Noah Wyle and Anthony Edwards decide to go back and suggest their pal to do similarly. This time, the demand has been risen particularly since "ER" is going to wrap up on April 2, and executive producer John Wells says that it is possible.
Wells told E! that should Clooney decides to show his face on the show, then it will be a last minute call because he "loves practical jokes". He said, "George is very busy, he's very handsome...(and) we've talked about (him coming back) a couple of times. It's George. We'll be shooting down there at the end, and if he comes by and says he wants to do something, he'll do it."
George Clooney will make an appearance at "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" tonight, January 19 after years of pursuit from host Ellen DeGeneres. He finally agreed for an appearance after Ellen lured him with former Cicinnati Reds' Johnny Bench and Joe Morgan. Here's a preview of his segment on the show.
