A longer preview gives more insight to 'Gossip Girl' episode 'Gone With the Will' and a casting scoop gives hint on a new character.

Things will go further down for Chuck in the next episode of "Gossip Girl". A longer preview of "Gone With the Will" shows the intense situation post Bart's death which brings in Chuck's uncle in town to take care of the legal cases, and possibly, to take over the Bass empire.
With the reading of Bart's will, Chuck, Bart's brother, Jack (guest star Desmond Harrington), and Lily learn the fate of the Bass empire. Rufus and Lily's relationship is strained as Rufus seeks details about the child he never knew he had. "Gone With the Will" airs on The CW on January 12 at 8/7c.
On other news, it has been thrown out by OK Magazine that Kate French will join the show as a mysterious nanny who gets tangled with Chuck. No word yet on which episode she will appear and how far she contributes to the story line. Kate French is known playing the troublemaker and spoiled actress Nikki in Showtime's drama "The L Word" which will return for a final season on January 18.
