Watch how a desperate man comes into a hostage situation that includes House, Thirteen, some staff and several patients in the new 'House M.D.'

The first three minutes of "House M.D." episode 5.09 that airs tonight (November 25) has been given out by FOX. Titled "Last Resort", the episode will see a guest starring slot filled by Primetime Emmy Award-winning actor Zeljko Ivanek as a desperate man with a gun in his hand.
The scene opens with a crowded ER and patients waiting to get treatments. One guy who has been waiting quietly for sometime, walks into Cuddy's office which is unoccupied by its owner. Instead, House is there and the indifferent doctor sends him away from the room. The man is back with several hostages, including some staff and Thirteen.
All the man wants is a proper diagnosis from the best doctor in the hospital because he claims to have been in many doctors' care but not getting well. He then forces Thirteen to act as a guinea pig for his treatments and House has to end the standoff before a SWAT team opens fire.
