While fans are waiting for the official teaser trailer of 'The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor' to come out, Universal Pictures let out an international teaser of the movie online.

AceShowbiz - On May 14, director Rob Cohen announced that on Friday, May 16, "The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor" will get its first teaser trailer posted online. However, before that video footage is able to set its feet on the virtual world, Universal Pictures have let out an international teaser trailer for the action adventure movie.
Timed at 1:47, the teaser appears to be like one of the Indiana Jones films in terms of the opening teaser sequences that show the old dusty archaeological place and clues leading to a discovery. Exposing many action sequences from the film, it gives out first real look into the characters, especially Brendan Fraser's Rick O'Connell, and the adventure lays in front of them. As for the news hour, the teaser can be seen via Yahoo (AU).
In this Universal Pictures' tidbit, the adventurous explorer Rick O'Connell is back to fight the resurrected ancient China mummy. Helped by his family that include his all-grown son Alez, wife Evelyn and brother-in-law Jonathan, O'Connell races throughout the Far East lands to stop the awaken Han Emperor and his unstoppable legion from making his quest for world domination a reality. The film featuring also Maria Bello, Jet Li, Luke Ford and Michelle Yeoh is marching into theaters on August 1.
