They are also rumored to conduct a three-days show at New York's Madison Square Garden.

AceShowbiz - Led Zeppelin, one of the most talked about reunions this year is creating frenzy among their fans after delivering a praised set on December 10 at London's O2. The band is now rumored to play a further three nights gig at New York's Madison Square Garden to satisfy their Stateside fans.

This rumor was prompted after several insiders leaked the information to the media that the members of the band discussed the possibility of playing in the States in the backstage. A source told The Sun, "One of the guys (in the band) started talking about their three concerts at the Garden. There was a consensus of, 'Why not?'."

While it's no big secret that guitarist Jimmy Page is not the reluctant one in this case, it may be a big problem for vocalist Robert Plant who is also rumored to tour with Alison Krauss in support of their duet release, 'Raising Sand'.

Zeppelin's comeback show earlier this week has been hailed as one great moment that sent fans flooding their official site, requesting for a world tour. YouTube links to the concert had since been taken down by the band's management because most likely, a DVD of the historical moment will be released next year.

Due to the concert also, the band's album sales have rocketed 500 per cent higher. "This demonstrates the enduring appeal of Led Zeppelin as the definitive rock band," HMV's Gennero Castaldo said. "Their music is now connecting with a whole new generation of fans, who are discovering its brilliance for the first time."
