Could it be true that Lindsay Lohan dumped her not so famous boyfriend Riley Giles to be with movie hunk Heath Ledger? That's what Aussie magazine New Weekly reported.

The magazine is spreading the word that LiLo is in fact dating Ledger. She's claimed to have dumped Giles after meeting the "Batman" actor in a New York club over Thanksgiving. It was also reported that LiLo and Ledger enjoyed a series of late-night sex sessions in New York when they hooked up over Thanksgiving weekend.

"Lindsay and Heath hit it off straight away. When she left the club she started texting him straight away and they hooked up a few times while she was still in New York. They were meeting late at night for sex. It was purely physical," so said the magazine.

No words from either parties concerning the dating report.

Report on Lindsay and Giles' split made its way all over the net early this month. The actress-singer is said to have told him she wanted a break, shortly after they returned to LA after having a holiday weekend on the East Coast. Rumor has it that she left him with the intention to focus on her life and career.

This claim seemed to be true with her being snapped filming a commercial in LA on Tuesday December 4th.

As of Ledger, he's been single since splitting from actress fiancee Michelle Williams in September. The former couple have one daughter together Matilda Rose Ledger.
