Warner Bros. Pictures as the studio producing "Sweeney Todd" has delightfully activated the official site for the musical thriller, which turns out to be quite exciting to explore.

Apart from usual features like movie info, video, gallery, and downloads, there is "Players" page which presents characters from the flick with the image of their rooms as the background. Try moving your cursor around each room and see what happens.

So far, only the titular serial killer and his accomplice Mrs. Lovett that have come alive on the "Players" section. Others like Judge Turpin, Adolfo Pirelli, Johanna, and Anthony Hope will come soon, so check the site frequently to see all of them pop up.

Directed by Tim Burton, "Todd" is slated to open in theaters stateside December 21 this year under Paramount Pictures banner. For the role of Johanna, Anne Hathaway was almost cast in, but since Burton wanted a complete unknown for the role, the part then went to newcomer Jayne Wisener.
