Britain's News of the World is reporting that Britney Spears is in the final stages of talks to adopt six-year-old twins from China.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears is at it again. The troubled pop star is becoming major news media headlines yet again with her plans to adopt Chinese twins.
Britain's News of the World is reporting that the mother of two, in the wake of losing custody of her own two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to ex-husband Kevin Federline, is in talks to adopt six-year-old twins from China.
She reportedly has told friends that she's in the final stages of talks with an adoption agency and plans to go ahead with the adoption very soon. Friends of her reckon that Britney has come to the adoption plan in a frantic bid to fill the void left by losing her sons to K-Fed.
In a more shocking news, Britney is also said to be spending 25,000 pound sterling on preparations for her own funeral.
News of the World quoted a source close to Britney as saying, "It doesn't seem that Britney has thought this through completely. Adoption and a funeral? The two don't exactly go hand-in-hand. Paying for a funeral is a sensible thing to do, but not when you're only 25! It's a case of too much, too soon with Britney. Not a week goes by without something strange happening to her now. She's doing herself no favors."
No comment from the star herself nor her camp just yet concerning both issues, the adoption and funeral.
