AceShowbiz -

This is no doubt a good chance that should not be missed. Warner Bros. Pictures and Microsoft announced on Thursday, November 22, 2007 that they have forged an online partnership giving members of the public the chance to win a walk-on part in "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince."

Deal was made between Warner Home Video and Microsoft Digital Advertising solutions with public being able to enter the competition starting from Friday, November 23 exclusively on MSN U.K.

"We're thrilled to have done our biggest ever online partnership around our biggest property 'Harry Potter,'" Warner Bros. U.K. president and m.d. Josh Berger remarked. "Online is attracting ever increasing amounts of spend, although it is difficult to predict if and when new media will overtake traditional media. There are, though, things we can do online that are difficult to do in traditional media."

On the site, fans will be asked to answer a series of multiple choice questions each week relating to "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" on the MSN portal until December 20, 2007. Here they will have to swot up on their "Harry Potter" film knowledge to be eligible to win the prize. To learn more about and enter the competition, please go to the link above.
