It's time to pay. Her bizarre behavior cost Britney Spears the custody of her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Spears was ordered Monday October 1st to surrender custody of her children to ex-husband Kevin Federline. Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon ruled that Federline "is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court."

Judge Scott Gordon issued court documents on September 17th, ordered Spears "to undergo testing for the use of controlled substances and alcohol," which will be conducted twice a week on random dates and times, upon finding "a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol" by the star.
However, Spears ignored the order. To make matter worse, TMZ.com is reporting to have spotted the singer driving without a valid California driver's license. She actually has applied for one, but it's still in the pending file.
To Spears' unfortunate, Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is said to have raised the issue in an attempt to win his client the custody of the boys. Just keep it her as the story is still developing.
