Billie Piper is a bride to be. The actress-singer is planning to wed actor boyfriend Laurence Fox on New Year's Eve, it has been reported.

Billie is said to have told friends and family to keep the date free and has sent out 'save the date' cards to inform the message. While no words just yet from her camp concerning the wedding speculation, she reportedly is in talks with a celebrity magazine to cover the nuptials, supposedly held near her home in Sussex.

"The cat's out of the bag. Billie had to announce the date because her friends were making plans for New Year's Eve," the Daily Mail quoted a friend of her. "She wants it to be the mother of all parties, so she's having it on New Year's Eve. She thinks a magazine deal will keep the paparazzi away."

Among the guests that would be invited include Billie's ex-husband, DJ Chris Evans, and his new bride, golf professional Natasha Shishmanian. "Billie wants Chris there and Laurence is fine with that," the friend said.

Billie and Laurence met earlier this year when they co-starred in a play. Billie married businessman, television presenter, and BBC Radio 2 DJ Chris Evans in a secret ceremony in May 2001 in Las Vegas after five months of dating. The couple got divorced on May 31, 2007.
