AceShowbiz - Taking time to gather together for the occasion, some cast members of the upcoming "The Nanny Diaries" made their way to show up at the New York screening for the movie held at New York City's Cinemas 123 on Monday, August 13.
Among the figures spotted were Alicia Keys, Laura Linney, and Donna Murphy, also child actor Nicolas Art, who plays Grayer, the son of a wealthy Upper East Side couple whom the title character is taking care of. Keys looked stunning in an off-shoulder, knee-length dress while Linney preferred to go simple in black.
"Nanny", a production of The Weinstein Company, is a big screen adaptation of Emma McLaughlin and Nicola Kraus' chick lit novel of the same name directed by Shari Springer Berman and Robert Pulcini with Richard N. Gladstein producing. Pic will be released this year on August 24 in theaters nationwide before getting shown at the 64th Venice Film Festival next month as part of its out-of-competition program.
