Pic is set at a downtown Los Angeles apartment building that gets quarantined when a mysterious deadly and highly contagious strain of rabies breaks out. Among people trapped inside are a reporter and her cameraman.

Script has been entrusted to the hands of John Erick Dowdle and Drew Dowdle who are also set to direct with production to begin early next year. Vertigo's Doug Davison and Roy Lee are both producing alongside Sergio Aguero while Julio and Carlos Fernandez will be the executive producers.
