Confirming producer David Heyman's earlier remark on his involvement in "Yes Man", Jim Carrey has landed deals to topline the Warner Bros. Pictures comedy which will become his first priority on his busy schedule that has been amped up since his move to CAA.

Based on a memoir by British author Danny Wallace, pic will find Carrey playing a guy who aims to change his life by saying yes to absolutely everything that comes his way. It has been said that the flick is intended to present the old-school funnyman in the vein of his 1997 "Liar, Liar."

Filming reportedly is scheduled to start this October with "The Break-Up" director Peyton Reed helming from a revised script originally written by Nicholas Stoller. Joining Heyman to produce is Richard D. Zanuck, who has been credited to also produce Carrey's other starring vehicle "Ripley's Believe It or Not!" alongside Tim Burton, Kenneth Atchity, Jim Jacks, and Sean Daniel.
