Canceling a gig at Slane Castle last September 17, 2005 has brought a prolonged effect for Eminem. Ireland's High Court has called him to testify on the reasons that affect him calling off the show.

Conducted as part of "Anger Management Tour" the Slim Shady was supposed to perform in place for the 80,000 tickets sold. Instead of making a show, Eminem gave a last minute cancellation and made "exhaustion" as the subject.

As the promoter, MCD had to bill 1.5 million Euros in order to compensate the loss. Three London based insurance company had been involved in this matter but declined the request to recompense. This has caused a feud between the parties; the promoter against the insurance companies. Eventually, Eminem is brought to this matter as his testimony concerning his health condition at that time is considered 'crucial' for the settlement.

The rapper then requested to the court for him to give a private testimony, but it has been declined due to the inappropriateness it may cause. Judge Peter Kelly said that a constitutional authorization has been issued to resolve this case in public.
