Gearing things up for its drama project "Dover", Paramount Pictures has assigned "The Painted Veil" writer Ron Nyswaner to pen the movie's script, The Hollywood Reporter revealed.

The fourth film set in Nyswaner's home state of Pennsylavania, the flick will be made based on the landmark 2005 trial that stopped a Pennsylvania school board from teaching 'intelligent design,' creationism, and over evolution. Names of director and cast members have not yet been revealed.

Nyswaner, known to often work on movies with the subjects on homosexuality, homophobia, and AIDS, came to vast prominence through his writing work for "Philadelphia" which earned him an Oscar nod in 1994. Apart from "Veil", he is also attached to work on the screenplay of "El Camino del diablo", a Spanish-language flick directed by Mexican filmmaker Rudy Joffroy.
