Jennifer Aniston Drops Lawsuit Against Snapper
Celebrity

Jennifer Aniston has settled a law suit over topless pictures of her.

AceShowbiz -

Jennifer Aniston finally decided to drop the lawsuit she brought against Peter Brandt, a snapper she sued for allegedly taking photos of her topless at home. The actress' lawyer, Jay Lavely, refused to comment on the outcome of the case, saying "It's a confidential settlement. The matter was amicably resolved."

Aniston filed a lawsuit against Brandt in December 2005, claiming he invaded her privacy by using a telephoto lens to photograph her inside her home when she was topless or partly dressed. Though so, Brandt claimed he took the pictures legally from the pavement. He said: "I was 300 yards (274 metres) away and anybody on that hillside could have seen her."

In fact, Aniston has now dropped the lawsuit and agreed on a confidential settlement as long as the shots will never be published.
