Rapper Kanye West is engaged to marry his girlfriend.

AceShowbiz - The six-time Grammy-winning rapper-producer Kanye West is single no more. The star is engaged to marry his girlfriend, People magazine reported on Friday August 11th.
The magazine, citing unnamed sources close to the singer, said West proposed to his girlfriend, Alexis, during a recent overseas trip.
So far there's no word on the woman's last name and occupation. Nevertheless, it is said that West's fiancee is his girlfriend prior to his near-fatal car crash in October 2002.
Representatives for West could not immediately be reached for comment.
