Rapper Beanie Sigel has on Tuesday January 10 convicted of assault for a fight occurred outside a Chinese restaurant in 2003. The case stemmed from an argument between Sigel and a man who claimed the star punched him in both eyes, breaking his left eye socket.
Tried to get the charge reduced to simple assault, Sigel then agreeing to the prosecutor's version of events. Thus, he was convicted of misdemeanor simple assault, caused him to be sentenced to two years probation plus $180 in court costs. Hopefully he learns his lesson.
