Ericson Core has signed on to direct "Liberty," a big-budget action movie for Touchstone Pictures being produced by LivePlanet

The upcoming action flick "Liberty" finally finds the man, the right person to be on the director seat. And they come to the cinematographer-turned-director Ericson Core who has already inked the deal.
Wrote the script is LivePlanet's Sean Bailey with Andrew Marlowe did a rewrite. Bailey also is producing with Chris Moore, while Jason Reed is overseeing for Touchstone.
The story of "Liberty," takes place after an electromagnetic pulse disables the infrastructure of the country, revolves around a ragtag group of Americans who must use technology from the 1940s and '50s to defend against a foreign invasion.
