AceShowbiz - Variety reported that actress Jeri Ryan will be appearing in a recurring role on "The O.C." during the forthcoming third season. There she will play the role of Charlotte Morgan, a woman with a secret who befriends with Kristen Cohen, played by Kelly Rowan, while Cohen in rehab. Furthermore, Ryan is expected to star in at least seven episodes of the Warner Bros. TV-produced series, which starts its third season in September 8th at 8/7c.
