AceShowbiz - Funnyman Jerry Seinfeld and his wife Jessica Sklar are facing a lawsuit brought by Tamara Cohen, a real estate broker claims to have had a hand in finessing the couple's house, for which they have spent their $4 million on it. To be more specific, Cohen claims to have helped the Seinfelds close the deal, but they neglected to pay her company the $117,000 commission she believed she was owed.
That's why Cohen suing the couple. Seinfelds, in contrast, hardly deny that Cohen acted as their broker in the sale, though they did offer to compensate her for her time, according to a statement released by their representative.
