"Tonight Show" host Johnny Carson's assistant, Ed McMahon, is writing memoir titled "Here's Johnny!." According to McMahon's publisher Rutledge Hill Press, the memoir, which has been blessed by Johnny before he's death, shares a picture of the enigmatic Carson, so cool before the camera, yet genuinely shy and self-effacing.

Detailing on the content of the memoir, the publisher said how McMahon been blessed by Carson's gift early in their partnership that he then outed "Here's Johnny!" which reveals Carson's talent and comedic timing as well as his nervousness, admitting "making it look easy is a hell of a strain." The book is scheduled to come out in October this year.
