In the absurdly funny short film "Why?", a simple existential question spirals into a day of pure, unadulterated chaos. When a man, portrayed by co-writer and co-director Carter J. Perrin, finds himself relentlessly plagued by the titular query from a persistent friend, played by Carter Luoma, his entire reality begins to unravel. What starts as a minor annoyance quickly escalates, pulling their bewildered companions, including PJ Key and Brandon Noel, into a rapidly expanding vortex of ridiculous situations and nonsensical dilemmas. This brisk eleven-minute comedy, helmed by Carter J. Perrin and Jackson Mason, captures the hilarious frustration of a premise pushed to its most illogical extreme. As the group attempts to navigate a world where every action is met with another confounding "Why?", the film delivers a rapid-fire series of laughs, exploring how a single word can dismantle sanity and turn an ordinary day into an exercise in surreal comedy.
