the first installment isn't all that inspired; while Barry Pepper's hard focus eliminates any personality, making the endeavor glum, with only a few lively elements to keep it passably engaging

none of which are particularly interesting when the secret villain is laughably obvious in the first act; The ending will either leave audiences infuriated or thirsty for more cranium popping fun; Thankfully the action is entertaining
