In the dense, ancient woods of the Pacific Northwest, a group of friends led by Jack Chaney and Cassandra Schomer embark on what they believe will be a routine camping trip. Their quest for adventure and a break from modern life, however, quickly descends into a primal fight for survival when they discover the local legends are terrifyingly real. Directed by Tom Chaney, this chilling horror film plunges the unprepared hikers into a nightmarish confrontation with a creature of myth, as their peaceful retreat becomes a hunting ground. Tensions rise and trust fractures within the group as they are stalked by an unseen, malevolent force that knows the forest far better than they do. As the line between predator and prey blurs, they must confront not only the monstrous entity lurking in the shadows but also the darkness within themselves, in a relentless struggle where every snapped twig could be their last.
