Synopsis

"The Helicopter Heist" is based on the real-life story of the 2009 Vastberga helicopter robbery when a group of robbers used a stolen Bell 206 Jet Ranger to steal over $5 million from a G4S cash service depot in Stockholm, Sweden. Seven robbers were eventually caught and sentenced, but not after planting decoy bombs to throw off the police.
