When a group of teenagers, including newcomer Evan (Isaac Jay), gather for a weekend of partying in a remote desert rental, a simple game turns sinister. Bored, they find an online poem and recite it, unknowingly inviting a supernatural entity into their midst. Directed by Elle Callahan, this unsettling horror-thriller explores the paranoia that sets in as the friends realize something is now among them, a shapeshifting presence that can look like any one of them. As the atmosphere grows thick with dread and suspicion, Evan and the others, including Peyton (Ashleigh Morghan) and Zoe (Bevin Bru), struggle to distinguish friend from mimic.
