Synopsis

A true story of Rebecca Nichols, who as a child moved with her father to a North Carolina town where he served as pastor. While he was welcomed by the community, he ran afoul of the man who'd lost control of the church. The family refused to back down to a campaign of intimidation and terror, which led to a violent act that destroyed the family when one night an armed man walked into the family kitchen. Decades later, Rebecca must address if it was worth losing everything, and whether she was able to exercise the lessons her parents taught her about the power of forgiveness.
