In the middle of a sweltering summer, a department store Santa named Nick, played by writer-director Xander Haan, finds his off-season peace shattered when a determined young girl, brought to life by Anabella Niewiadomski, arrives at his doorstep in February. She is convinced he is the real Santa Claus and presents him with an urgent, heartfelt Christmas wish that cannot wait until December. As Nick, aided by his skeptical friend portrayed by Darby Blum, attempts to navigate this bizarre off-season crisis, he crosses paths with a harried store manager played by Leslie Huang, who is utterly unprepared for a holiday miracle in the heat of July.
