In the highly anticipated seventh episode of Dexter: New Blood, titled "Skin of Her Teeth," Dexter Morgan finds himself in a precarious situation as he grapples with the fallout from his recent actions. After the shocking events of the previous episode, Dexter must confront the consequences of his decision to kill Matt Caldwell, as well as the growing suspicion surrounding his true identity.
