Mixed-ish is an upcoming American sitcom television series created by Kenya Barris and Ranada Shepard for ABC. It is a spin-off of the ABC series Black-ish. The series stars Arica Himmel, Tika Sumpter, and Mark-Paul Gosselaar. Mixed-ish follows a young biracial girl named Rainbow Johnson as she navigates life in the suburbs of Los Angeles in the early 1980s. The series premiered on ABC on September 24, 2019.
